By placing a bespoke order, you are entering into a contract and agree to pay IN FULL (including postage)

once the design has been agreed and BEFORE work commences.

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke orders , they are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a change of mind etc.

(Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

​The bespoke order process:-

Customer contacts us, using the form below, with an idea of what is desired         

(eg, size, colour, embroidery design).

We will discuss options (fabric,embroidery etc.)

by email.

Once design has been  agreed and payment is received, we will proceed with the order.

Orders will be delivered within 6 weeks of receiving payment.
